Prof. William Oduro is a Professor in Wildlife Biology and Ecology at the Faculty of Renewable Natural Resources (FRNR), College of Agriculture and Natural Resources, Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology. During his academic career he has published 102 papers in 23 peer reviewed journals, authored or edited 6 books, 4 book chapters, 18 abstracts in proceedings, 5 periodicals, 51 technical reports, one international public exhibition, 3 video documentaries, and 31 other publications. He was the former Head of Department, Director of IRNR, Dean of FRNR and Dean of the International Programmes Office of KNUST. William has served in various capacities at the university, national and international levels. Prof. Oduro has extensive professional experience and travelled in 14 African countries and 18 other countries outside Africa. He has coordinated several external funded projects from GEF/UNDP, Canadian Development Agency (CIDA/DFTAD), GEF/UNU/INRA, The Netherlands Directorate-General for International Cooperation, UNEP, World Bank, UNESCO, ICHA, AAU/DFID, DANIDA and CFLI-GH (Canada Fund for Local Initiatives). William was a member of the KNUST Strategic Planning Committee PLAN2K14, and represented KNUST on the Scholarship Review Committee, Scholarship Secretariat, Accra. He is currently Chairman of the Finance Committee of the SCC Worship Complex KNUST. He is on several other Institutional Boards that include AROCHA International Ghana, Biodiversity-National Steering Committee and the UNESCO-MAB Sub-Committee.

Prof Francis Agyemang-Yeboah(Prof FAY) is an Oldboy of Kumasi High School who has distinguished himself as a seasoned Medical Scientist both at home and abroad. He doubles up also as a lawyer and Barrister at law. A product of KNUST, Nottingham Medical School, UK, University of London, a Medical Research Fellow, Ghana School of Law, Prof. FAY is a married devout Christian with two children, a lady Lawyer and a young Doctor who are closely knitted together with their parents. Prof. FAY is immediate-Past Vice Dean of the Medical School (SMS, KNUST), the Head of Department of Molecular Medicine. He has published over 50 medical articles in reputable journals and carried out extensive medical research in cancers, HIV and Climate Change. He has travelled extensively abroad to present some of his work in Germany, Scotland, Australia, Canada, Poland, the UK, South Africa, USA, Nigeria, Egypt, Trinidad Tobago etc. He enjoys classical music, cooking and gardening as hobbies. He is also a motivational speaker and a Lay Preacher of the gospel of Christ.

Edward Kwaku Asamoah is a Chartered Accountant by profession and a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants, Ghana (ICAG). He holds an MBA in Finance from the KNUST School of Business, a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Cape Coast, an HND Accounting from the Kumasi Polytechnic and Diploma in Treasury and Risk Management. He is a licensed Investment Advisor by the Securities & Exchange Commission. He has core competencies in financial analysis, audit and control. His employment begins with the Accounts Unit of J. Adom Ltd and as an Operational Accountant at Akuafo Adamfo Marketing Company Ltd. He then moved to New Generation Investment Services Ltd as an Accounts Officer and rose through the ranks to become the Chief Finance Officer before his appointment as the Executive Director.

Eric Appiah is the Director of Finance for Angel Group of Companies.

He is a Chartered Accountant and a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants Ghana. He holds bachelor’s degree in Accounting and MBA in Finance.

Before joining Angel Group of Companies in 2019, he worked as a banker for eighteen (18) years in the field of Corporate and Retail Banking and in-depth knowledge in Auditing. He is currently the Board Chairman of Atwima Rural Bank Plc.

Mr. Stephen Sarfo Kantanka is the Immediate past CEO of Atwima Kwanwoma Rural Bank Plc. He joined the board of NGIS on 1^st August 2022. With more than thirty 30 years’ experience in the banking industry as a top CEO in the Rural Banking sector, Mr. Sarfo Kntanka brings on board a broad knowledge in Economics, Business Administration and Finance and Investment.

Mr. Stephen Sarfo Kantaka is a member of the Chartered Institute of Financial and Investment Analyst (Gh) – Doctoral Fellow DF

He holds Executive Master’s in Business Administration (EMBA) from GIMPA, Bachelor of Arts Degree in Economics (BA Hons Economics) UCC and Diploma in Education.
