Prof. William Oduro is a Professor in Wildlife Biology and Ecology at the Faculty of Renewable Natural Resources (FRNR), College of Agriculture and Natural Resources, Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology. During his academic career he has published 102 papers in 23 peer reviewed journals, authored or edited 6 books, 4 book chapters, 18 abstracts in proceedings, 5 periodicals, 51 technical reports, one international public exhibition, 3 video documentaries, and 31 other publications. He was the former Head of Department, Director of IRNR, Dean of FRNR and Dean of the International Programmes Office of KNUST. William has served in various capacities at the university, national and international levels. Prof. Oduro has extensive professional experience and travelled in 14 African countries and 18 other countries outside Africa. He has coordinated several external funded projects from GEF/UNDP, Canadian Development Agency (CIDA/DFTAD), GEF/UNU/INRA, The Netherlands Directorate-General for International Cooperation, UNEP, World Bank, UNESCO, ICHA, AAU/DFID, DANIDA and CFLI-GH (Canada Fund for Local Initiatives). William was a member of the KNUST Strategic Planning Committee PLAN2K14, and represented KNUST on the Scholarship Review Committee, Scholarship Secretariat, Accra. He is currently Chairman of the Finance Committee of the SCC Worship Complex KNUST. He is on several other Institutional Boards that include AROCHA International Ghana, Biodiversity-National Steering Committee and the UNESCO-MAB Sub-Committee.
Prof. Daniel K. Baah Inkoom
For the past 25 years, Prof. Inkoom has been involved in capacity development, coaching, and consultancy practice in several fields, including organisation development, monitoring and evaluation, planning and governance. He has consulted for several institutions including several sector ministries in Ghana, ACTION AID, DANIDA, DED, DFID, ECOWAS Commission, GIZ, IITA, JICA, KfW, Newmont Ghana Gold Ltd, Plan Ghana, Tearfund (UK), UNFPA, UNDP, UNCDF, The World Bank Institute (WBI) and the World Bank. He is currently the Head of the Department of Planning at KNUST and a lecturer in Management Consultancy and Organisation Development Consultancy, for the MBA Class of KNUST Business School. He is also a mentor in the “Invest Africa” Programme and External Assessor to Universities in Tanzania and South Africa. He is the In-coming Chair of the Steering Committee of the Association of African Planning Schools (AAPS) based at the University of Cape Town (UCT), South Africa.
Anthony Osei-Poku Esq.
Anthony Osei Poku is a Chief State Attorney. He holds an LLB (Hons) from the University of Ghana. He is a former Metro Solicitor for Kumasi Metropolitan Assembly (KMA) but now into private practice. He is also a Managing Partner for My Lord Chambers and consults widely for corporate institutions in legal matters. Among other positions of responsibility held, Anthony is a former President of the Ghana Bar Association (Ashanti) and past President of Rotary Club of Kumasi East. He is a Board member of Amanano Rural Bank Ltd and former Council Secretary and member of Christian Service University College (CSUC). He is Chairman for the Kumasi Archdiocesan Bookshop/Press Board and President of St. Mary’s Parish, South Suntreso, Kumasi. He also serves on the Boards of Prempeh College and St. Louis Senior High School, Kumasi.
Mr. Edward K. Asamoah
Edward Kwaku Asamoah is a Chartered Accountant by profession and a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants, Ghana (ICAG). He holds an MBA in Finance from the KNUST School of Business, a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Cape Coast, an HND Accounting from the Kumasi Polytechnic and Diploma in Treasury and Risk Management. He is a licensed Investment Advisor by the Securities & Exchange Commission. He has core competencies in financial analysis, audit and control. His employment begins with the Accounts Unit of J. Adom Ltd and as an Operational Accountant at Akuafo Adamfo Marketing Company Ltd. He then moved to New Generation Investment Services Ltd as an Accounts Officer and rose through the ranks to become the Chief Finance Officer before his appointment as the Executive Director.
Prof. Francis Agyeman-Yeboah
Prof Francis Agyemang-Yeboah(Prof FAY) is an Oldboy of Kumasi High School who has distinguished himself as a seasoned Medical Scientist both at home and abroad. He doubles up also as a lawyer and Barrister at law. A product of KNUST, Nottingham Medical School, UK, University of London, a Medical Research Fellow, Ghana School of Law, Prof. FAY is a married devout Christian with two children, a lady Lawyer and a young Doctor who are closely knitted together with their parents. Prof. FAY is immediate-Past Vice Dean of the Medical School (SMS, KNUST), the Head of Department of Molecular Medicine. He has published over 50 medical articles in reputable journals and carried out extensive medical research in cancers, HIV and Climate Change. He has travelled extensively abroad to present some of his work in Germany, Scotland, Australia, Canada, Poland, the UK, South Africa, USA, Nigeria, Egypt, Trinidad Tobago etc. He enjoys classical music, cooking and gardening as hobbies. He is also a motivational speaker and a Lay Preacher of the gospel of Christ.
Mary Bridget Ansong
Mary Bridget Ansong, a seasoned administrator and educationist, has served in various capacities in the country. She is currently on the boards of Sinapi Aba Trust and Amantin and Kasei Community Rural Bank. With a degree in Political Science from the University of Ghana and a Post Graduate Certificate in Education from the University of Cape Coast among other qualifications, Mary achieved a lot in the education sector, rising the ladder to become the Headmistress of Yaa Asantewaa Girls Senior High School and Head of Administration at Christian Service University College.
Mr. James Kennedy Turkson
Mr. James Kennedy Turkson is currently a Senior Lecturer at the Department of Human Resource and Organizational Development, School of Business, Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology (KNUST), Kumasi.
He was the former head of the erstwhile Department of Managerial Science, KNUST (2006 to 2009) and Head of Department of Human Resource and Organizational Development (2011 to August, 2017) Mr. Turkson holds a Master of Business Administration degree in Human Resource Management and Marketing Management options from the University of Ghana, Legon; Postgraduate Diploma in Industrial Management from KNUST; B.Ed and a Diploma in Economics from the University of Cape Coast. He is a renowned writer of books on Business Management. He has published a number of articles on Human Resource Management in refereed journals. He has attended a number of seminars and conferences both locally and internationally. Mr. Turkson has also served on several interview panels. He was a resource person with the Chartered Institute of Administration and Management Consultants. Mr. Turkson was the Chairman of the University Committee that designed a performance appraisal system for senior members, senior staff and junior staff of the KNUST. He has also chaired several committees at the departmental, faculty, college and university levels at KNUST.
